Joe Gusti has run the gamut of the Richmond food industry having operated breakfast & lunch spots, a 500-seat steakhouse buffet, and multiple nightclubs through the '70s and '80s. You can bet that he has seen (or done) it all.

Nowadays, you can find him entertaining customers up front while wheeling & dealing used equipment.
